Terms of sale and site use

Browse & Own is the seller of record for products offered on this site. Customers must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or use the store with a parent or guardian's permission.

Products may be refurbished or previously owned. Condition, configuration, included accessories, battery option, and any item-specific exception are described on the product page. Product photos may show the model family rather than the exact serialized unit unless the listing says otherwise.

An order is an offer to buy and is accepted only after payment confirmation and availability review. A cart, reservation, or checkout session does not guarantee acceptance or inventory.

Prices, discounts, delivery terms, and any applicable destination-based tax are shown before payment. Browse & Own may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting an order.

Customers must provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout, and an order remains pending until Stripe confirms payment.

The published delivery, return, cancellation, refund, privacy, and warranty policies are incorporated into these terms.

Customers may not use the site for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, resale deception, infringement, or unlawful activity.

Browse & Own may reject, cancel, and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, fails verification, contains an obvious error, or violates these terms.

Texas law applies to these terms to the extent permitted, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights. Contact support before filing a payment dispute so Browse & Own can try to resolve the issue promptly.
